Delivery, Returns, Exchanges and Packaging

Please note that delivery is included within the cost.

Small Items (under 20kg)

Small items will sent by recorded 48hr delivery service. No specific time slots can be given and parcels must be signed for. These items will usually be shipped via the Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx.

If a parcel cannot be delivered then a card will be left explaining that it has been returned to the depot.

Please follow the directions on the card to arrange for another delivery or to collect in person.

3rd Party Courier Service (London and Surrounding Area)

Standard delivery to hallway by 1 – 2 man team

  • Fully Tracked & Traced deliveries
  • You will receive a pre-delivery txt, email/call alerts with a 3-hour delivery window slot (if you are unavailable during this slot please decline and a new slot will be sent, cancellation charges will apply). Driver to customer pre delivery calls
  • Fully Trained and experienced Employed Drivers via In-House 3-month training programme.
  • 1-3-5 days delivery lead time (Upon despatch. I.e Collection from RESS Furniture Ltd)

Additional services available such as Room of Choice (+ £15.00), light assembly, packaging removal or additional packaging options (available at extra cost, please discuss with the team)

Pallet Service (rest of UK)

Door Step Delivery.

Our pallet delivery option includes drop off to your door/designated location. As your furniture will be wrapped and loaded onto a pallet they cannot be manoeuvred into your property and so will be left in a mutually convenient place such as a carpark, driveway or garage if access with a pallet truck is possible.

Delivery Time slots – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Please note: Apartment Buildings and Flats are excluded from this service

Collection (Newcastle Upon Tyne Workshop)

Customers are welcome to arrange collection directly from our workshop. We can assist with loading the delivery vehicle either by hand or with a forklift truck.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept cancellations, a cancellation request must be made within 2 days of purchase. On custom order we don't accept returns or exchanges once you have confirmed you are happy with the dimensions, specifications and overall proposal. If you have any faults, damage upon arrival of the furniture to your home please contact us and we will look to provide a solution straight away.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are protected using suitable packaging to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition!
