Shipping Policy
At RESS Furniture, every piece is handcrafted to order in our Newcastle upon Tyne workshop.
Lead Time
Our standard lead time is 4–5 weeks for all products.
Delivery
Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
On the morning of your scheduled delivery, we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Your courier will also contact you approximately 1 hour before arrival.
All standard deliveries are made to your doorstep.
Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging after delivery.
Additional Services
White Glove Delivery and installation services are available for an additional fee. Please contact us before delivery if you would like to arrange these services.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us on the same day with photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement if required.
